Abstract

Koperasi, sebagai soko guru perekonomian Indonesia, memegang peranan krusial dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial (Hatta, 1952). Namun, eksistensi koperasi di era globalisasi ini menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks, terutama dalam menarik minat dan partisipasi generasi muda. Citra koperasi yang seringkali dianggap tradisional dan kurang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman menjadi salah satu hambatan utama (Tambunan, 2019). Oleh karena itu, revitalisasi perkoperasian di Indonesia menjadi sebuah keniscayaan, dengan fokus pada adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi dan kebutuhan generasi mendatang.
