Merancang Model Bisnis Koperasi Perumahan
Abstract
Krisis perumahan di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan besar, terutama bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) dan pekerja informal yang sulit mengakses hunian layak dan terjangkau melalui skema pasar konvensional. Keterbatasan akses pembiayaan, status lahan yang tidak pasti, serta fragmentasi regulasi memperburuk kesenjangan perumahan di perkotaan dan kawasan industri. Dalam konteks ini, koperasi perumahan hadir sebagai alternatif inovatif berbasis prinsip kepemilikan kolektif, tata kelola demokratis, dan pemberdayaan komunitas. Model koperasi perumahan telah diakui secara internasional sebagai solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterjangkauan, memperkuat kohesi sosial, dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.
