Abstract
Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen vital dalam keberlangsungan dan pertumbuhan koperasi. Namun, SDM koperasi di Indonesia, khususnya dalam jaringan Koperasi Merah Putih, masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, mulai dari rendahnya kompetensi manajerial, keterbatasan pemahaman digital, hingga minimnya program pengembangan berkelanjutan.
